Our therapists are able to complete a thorough wheelchair seating and mobility evaluation in order to maximize the safety and independence of those in need of a wheelchair. The evaluation may include a review of the following:
- Medical history
- Previous or current wheelchair/mobility device
- Living environment
- Balance and gait assessment
- Transfer assessment
- Upper and lower extremity range of motion and strength
