Sidney Richardson
Biography
Sidney Richardson graduated from Ridgemont High School in 2018. She graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness and Wellness from Tiffin University. Sidney was a collegiate athlete for 5 years on the Tiffin University Women’s track team. Prior to graduating from Tiffin University, Sidney accepted an internship with Mary Rutan Health assisting athletes training and patients entering the STAR program. Sidney joined MRH Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2024.
