Emily Edwards, DPM, DABPM
Meet The Provider
Biography
Dr. Edwards is a northeast Ohio native from Lorain County, growing up on her family’s fruit and vegetable production farm. She attended Cleveland State University, where she was Valedictorian of the College of Sciences & Health Professions, as well as Summa Cum Laude from the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Honors College. Dr. Edwards earned two degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2017. She then chose to pursue a degree in Podiatric Medicine, and in 2021, she earned her medical degree (DPM) from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Edwards completed her three-year surgical residency in Lima, Ohio, at Mercy Health- St. Rita’s Medical Center, where she trained in many forefoot and rearfoot procedures and wound care. Dr. Edwards is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
When not working, Dr. Edwards enjoys 4-H volunteering, boating, traveling and spending time with her family.
