Eli Murphy, CSCS
Biography
Eli Murphy, CSCS, graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 2018. Eli graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Tiffin University. There, he interned and assisted the strength and conditioning department with several NCAA Division II teams including wrestling, lacrosse, tennis, golf, and basketball. Prior to graduating from Tiffin University, Eli accepted an internship with Mary Rutan Health assisting athletes training and patients entering the STAR Bridge program. Eli joined MRH Therapy & Sports Medicine in 2023 as a coach of the STAR Bridge and Elevated Fitness programs. He earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification in 2024. Eli is an active member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as the Army Reserves.
