During job shadowing, participants will observe the day-to-day tasks of our team to learn about a specific career and the skills required for the position. Please note:
- Job shadow hours are not paid, and participants are not permitted to perform work of any kind, including patient care.
- Two weeks’ notice is needed to schedule the job shadow hours.
- Participants must be 14 years of age or older.
- Job shadow opportunities are at the discretion of Mary Rutan Health.
