Jeremiah Haver, PTA, STMT-1, STMT-C joined the Physical Therapy department at Mary Rutan Hospital in 2001 as an outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant. He then transitioned to the Mary Rutan Hospital Physical Rehabilitation Center upon its completion in 2002, and Jeremiah remained with the physical therapy department through another transition to the Mary Rutan Health Center in 2018. He graduated with his Associate's of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Technology from Lima Technical College (currently Rhoades State College) in 2001. He is a Level 1 STMT-1 and Level C STMT-C Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization practitioner. He is also certified in Blood Flow Restriction rehabilitation. Jeremiah works primarily with orthopedics and sports medicine populations with a special interest in pre- and post-operative hip patients.
