Caroline Palmer, CSCS, BA Exercise Physiology, USAW is a 2010 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School. Caroline furthered her education at Ohio Northern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology Degree in 2021. Caroline enhanced her experience at Ohio Northern by assisting in strength and conditioning of the football ONU football team. Additionally, Caroline was an integral part of the strength and conditioning coaching of a 9-time NCAA Division III national champion and a 13-time All-American track/cross country athlete, Emily Richards.
During her 2021 NST Sports Performance internship in Canton, Ohio Caroline worked alongside a variety of athletes including professionals, collegiate, and high school athletes. In 2021, she obtained her United States Weightlifting Level 1 coaching certification as well as her Certified Nutrition Coach certification to better serve her clients and athletes. Caroline is a current member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA). Caroline joined the MRH Therapy and Sports Medicine team in 2021 and is currently serving as the lead Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Coach of the STAR (Specific Training Achieves Results) Sports Enhancement program.
