Accepted insurance plans

In an effort to improve our registration and billing process, as of December 1, 2022, all Mary Rutan Health registrars will be asking you to provide a copy of your driver's license or state ID and insurance card(s) at every visit. The reason for this is to ensure Mary Rutan Health has the proper identification, as well as the most up-to-date and accurate health plan information on file. Should you be unable to provide these items during your visit, you may be asked to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to optimize your patient experience.

Mary Rutan Health offers a variety of services to established and prospective patients. We accept a variety of health insurance products from many carriers to best serve our community (see list below). However, there are some health plan products that Mary Rutan Health does not participate in. To avoid surprise bills, patients are encouraged to contact their plan's member services to verify coverage benefits prior to scheduling any service or appointment.
