Bellefontaine, OH – Mandy Goble, MRH President and CEO l is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Ross to Chief Operating Officer of Mary Rutan Hospital. Mr. Ross assumes the new title, effective immediately.

His passion for our organization, commitment to our community and progressive, and visionary approach to the operations of Mary Rutan Hospital will continue to uphold the mission of Mary Rutan Hospital for years to come", states Mrs. Goble.
Ross joined Mary Rutan Hospital in September 2013 as Vice President of Operations. In addition to his role in operations, Ross serves as Privacy Officer and provides legal guidance in support of a variety of programs.
Prior to joining Mary Rutan Hospital in 2013, Ross was member and partner at Thompson, Dunlap and Heydinger, Ltd. During his thirteen year tenure at TD&H, Ross represented clients in a wide range of business transactions including the formation and capitalization of all types of business entities, asset and entity acquisitions, corporate and other reorganizations, real estate transactions and miscellaneous matters occurring in the course of operating a business enterprise. While practicing at Thompson, Dunlap & more Heydinger, Ross acted as legal counsel of Mary Rutan Hospital and has a long standing professional relationship with the organization.
Ross is a Logan County native and graduate of Indian Lake High School. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Miami University and Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Prior to returning to Logan County, Ross served as a Legal Intern for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel in Nashville; Associate Attorney at Baker & Hostetler, LLC in Columbus; Director of Acquisitions at Ominamerica, Inc. in Cleveland; and Director of Corporate Development for Lattice Communications, LLC in Cincinnati.
An active supporter and community volunteer, Ross is a member of the Logan County Bar Association, the Bellefontaine Rotary Club, where he serves as chairperson of the Rotary Scholarship Committee, a member of the Indian Lake School Board and served as campaign co-chair with his wife Jamie and as a members of the million dollar campaign committee for the United Way of Logan County in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Mr. Ross, his wife Jamie and two daughters reside in Logan County near Huntsville.
