Free Mammogram Screening for Un-insured and Under-insured

If you are 35 years or older and have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months contact te Ewing H. Crawfis Imaging Center at 592-1883 for qualification guidelines and to schedule an appointment
Stroke and Arterial Screening
Are you at risk for a stroke? Know your risk.
Screenings provided: Stroke Screening, Carotid Screening,
Abdominal Ultra Sound (AAA), Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), Heart Rhythm Screening.
Total Fee $100.00
